Each session is up to 90 minutes of shooting time and includes a full gallery of 30+ high resolution images in a private online gallery. You'll also receive the KV Style Guide to help plan your perfect session.

How long will it take to receive my images?
I start booking mamas after the first trimester. For maternity sessions, the best time for photos is between 28-34 weeks. For newborn photos, we will "reserve" the date closest to your due date. Once your sweet babe comes, we will choose a permanent spot on my calendar while your babe is 10-14 days old.
When should I book?
Yep, I sure do! Any location within 25 miles of my home studio is included. Anything beyond that may require a travel fee added on for gas and time.
Do you travel?
I get it, nobody loves being outside in the rain, especially in this grey, cold, chill you to the bones Washington rain.
If we are scheduled for an outdoor session, you'll have the option to either do a studio or lifestyle session in your home, or we will reschedule!

The Experience
more than just photos
Once you hit "submit" on the contact form, I will send you over a link to book a call with me! This quick 10-minute call will set up the rest of our time together run smoothly! I'll send you over the contract and invoice to pay your session fee and you'll officially be booked! Then our planning will begin from location to wardrobe.

Step one
My favorite part, photoshoot day! You've done all the hard work and prep - now it's time for you to relax and HAVE FUN! I will walk you through every part of our time together which allows for you to just focus on you and your family.
Yep, taking photos should be FUN. And, your shoot day will be!
Step two: We shoot & have fun!
72 hours after our session, you'll receive a sneak peek of my favorite 2-3 of your images from the session!
3 weeks after the session, you will be emailed your online gallery where you will be able to download all of your images and shop for prints and artwork in your online gallery.
It's delivery day!
Step three: After the session
Many of my clients love being able to capture memories in their home. The nursery, your master suite, and living room are all perfect places to capture your bond with your newborn.

The Studio
The PNW offers such a wide variety of beautiful backdrops for gorgeous photos. You can't go wrong, whether you choose the rocky beach overlooking the beautiful Puget Sound or the classy look of Downtown Tacoma.

Outfit inspiration
Picking out clothes for your session doesn't have to be stressful. Here are 3 tips to make your planning simple!
1) Choose a family of colors.
(Neutrals, pastels, jewels, etc.)
2) Find complimentary colors (such as blue and pink) to mix throughout your outfits.
3) Mamas, pick out your outfit first, then plan everything else around it.
What To Wear
If putting together outfits isn't your thing, I will 100% help you every step of the way!
Once booked, you'll receive my style guide and can help you piece together outfits, whether they come from your closet or from your favorite (or a new) store!
In a nutshell, I am a light-hearted preemie mama who loves to have fun! I would classify myself as an extroverted-introvert. I love being home, but I absolutely love surrounding myself with family and friends.
You can catch me playing my favorite card games with my family, taking my toddler on walks to the park, or strolling Ruston Way with an Almond Poppyseed ice cream cone from The Ice Cream Social in my hand.
My passion is to help women through their journey into motherhood, as I believe we all could use a little more support & love.
