Mother, Photographer, Lover of all things that bring joy

Hey there! I’m Keli, and I’m so excited to be able to share a sneak peek into my window of life!

I was born in Rexburg, ID, but my family moved to Washington when I was 2, and I’ve been here practically ever since!

I grew up in a big family. I have 3 older siblings, and we adopted my little brother and sister when I was around 8 years old. (That’s me, right there in that denim jumper!)

After High School, I went to college at Brigham Young University – Idaho where I got my Bachelors in Public Health. As of today, I’ve been working in Health Care for 5 years, and I do hope to be able to continue my journey there to help those in my community!

Starting My Own Family

Lance and I met December of 2016 in Samoa (you can read more about that story here).

In 2017, he came to the United Stated on a K-1 Visa (otherwise known at the 90-day fiance visa). And yes, we had 90 days to get married.

At our wedding reception, we had the most delicious cake made by the wonderful JoLee Watson!

In December of 2017, Lance and I got married, and it was the most quickest, funnest wedding ever! It was filled with friends and people that we love, music, laughter, and great food.

At the end of February, we found out that we were pregnant, and we were SO excited! But as fast as we had met and got married, the time from when we found out we were pregnant til when we had our baby went too fast.

When I was 26 weeks, I went into early labor. Despite us being out of town, we were super blessed to have most of my family visiting town with us!

When I was in the hospital in labor at 26 weeks

Coming 3 months too early on July 26th, our sweet Selesa joined our family at 2 lbs, 11 oz and just under 15 inches long.

That time we spent in the NICU definitely was an experience that was full of ups and downs, but we grew so much as a family during that time.

Our little miracle spent 85 days in the NICU, getting to come home on my birthday, just a few days before her due date. Today, Selesa is a fun, free-spirited 2 year old who just won’t stop growing!
